Biorock Septic System Media Replacement

    Looking to see if anyone has replaced the media in their biorock septic system as my system could do with an upgrade after 15 years of use.
    I have looked online but their website doesn’t give a price or allow an order, it only provides the option to leave an enquiry.

    Anyone any experience with this?
