A friend has been using their Perx card in shops with no difficulty.
He went to check his balance on their website. He can’t remember the password or the secure login number, but is supposed to be able to reset however when he puts in his email address it tells him there is no account. However when he tried “Create Account” it said they the card number is already in use.

Anyone know how to solve this?

If was given through your workplace the email address is usually the work email.
