Property Management Agents

    Hi

    I am wondering if there is anyone out there who would highly recommend their property management agent for an Owners Management Company. We have had some very poor agents and looking to hire a new agent now that the managing agents current contract is coming to an end.
    We are a small development of about 66 units and a mix of houses and apartments.

    We are based in Tallaght - so ideally a managing agent based in Dublin or local.

    I was an owner of an apartment in Dublin 8, the managing agents were KPM and i always found then excellent to deal with as an owner/landlord (i was never on the OMC, so can't answer for their relationship).

    Why is the current agent leaving? Have previous agents left after a short time? Do you attend AGMs and if so what are the main issues raised?

    In a similar position, looking for a new agent. Our existing agent is retiring. We're a very small development, 20 units, mainly retired owners so very few issues. We're in Bray so looking for a recommendation, preferably someone with local contacts for trades/repairs.
