HKC touch Keypad "Keypad Fault"

    Hi all,

Have an issue with a HKC SW10270.

It has 2 touch keypads installed and was working away until system lost power during storm.

Now one of them is working perfectly but the other one has "Keypad Fault" flashing on the screen along with green and orange lights on solid.

There is no activity whatsoever out of it when you press the buttons either.

Have already tried power cycling the system, deleting the keypad from the system and reenrolling it.

Anyone have any other suggestions or is it for the bin?

    Only about 6 months old.
