E-Sim Japan travel query

    Hi,

    I'm going to Japan in next May for 3 weeks,and I'm looking to find out what E-Sim people have used on their phones,while there?I have a Samsung S20,so checking what options work best for that model,any feedback would be great,thanks👍

    sorry I can’t remember the name of the eSIM provider I used in Japan but the service worked flawlessly and I suspect it would for any mainstream eSIM.


    If you ar planning on travelling by public transport (especially in cities) you should look up the Suica card which you can sign up to on arrival through your phone. No need for a physical one etc.


    In an iPhone you do it in “wallet” by adding a travel card. You preload it from a nominated card, Apple or Google Pay, and the.ln just use it to tap and go
