Problem with gas meter regulator?

    I've recently started hearing unusual noise coming from my gas meter box when gas boiler ( Ideal Standard 24) comes on. The issue is more pronounced when weather is colder like tonight or cold spell in January.

    Noise is like a honking coming from the regulator I think. Is this a Gas Networks issue or do I need to call in plumber?
