HKC app - can't disarm requires Prox

Wonder could anyone help with this error when I'm trying to disarm the alarm via the HKC App .

Panel is working fine.

Has the user a prox setup on the system?

Hello ,

Is a prox a gadget to disarm the alarm..if yes , we don't have that set up and never had.

We use the panel or the app.

Doesn't appear to be an update required to the app so isn't something like that.

Yes, a prox card can be used on the system for arming and disarming.

If "code and prox" are enabled for the user you need to put in your code and use the prox on the keypad.

You can also just have the code for the user or the prox itself to disarm for the user.

Have you engineer access to the alarm system to see what the setup is for this user?
