How to remove old silicone

Is there a spray that is safe to use that would help remove stubborn bits of silicone that is difficult to get access to.

It's a shower over a bath so I need to replace the silicone the same day so ideally the spray should be effective to assist in removing it but I'd need it to dry off quickly enough so as not to hamper the reapplying of the new silicone.

    I'm thinking something like mets.

    Thanks for that.

Did you have to wash that off with something before reapplying the new silicone?
