Has anyone encountered a black screen issue while booting up their laptop or PC? Any troubleshooting

    Hi everyone,

    Iam experiencing a black screen issue when I try to boot up my laptop. The screen stays completely blank, but the device powers on, and the keyboard lights up.

    I have already tried restarting, checking external monitors, and resetting the device, but nothing seems to work. Iam unsure if it’s a hardware issue, like the GPU or display, or something software-related.

    If anyone has faced a similar problem or knows of effective troubleshooting steps, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Thanks!
