Just got my license renewals in the post. I presume the Telescopic Sight referred to in Section 1(g)(I) of the firearms act 1925 as amended it refers to on the front page in red print is a Thermal Scope ??

From the act, so any optic that has light amplification or IR devices.
So night vision, thermal, etc.

Never forget, the end goal is zero firearms of any type.
