What account number do you use to port out from Tesco Mobile?

My friend is trying to port out of Tesco Mobile, does anyone know which account number it is to port out? Is it the one that starts with CONTRXXXXXXXX? Does he need to enter just the numbers or the entire CONTR bit? He's moving from Tesco Mobile to Sky Mobile. Thanks!

There's a number on the bill that starts with 1 and then a dot. The number you need to port is the ones after the dot.
