    Hi,

Anyone know of someone I could send deer to, to butchered or processed in East Galway area? (I dont mind travelling a bit as well) I have all courses on meat handling done, just looking to see if there is anyone who could make a batch of burgers or sausages? Would look to send it 2 or 3 deer at a time.

there’s a lad on the deer stalking pages on Facebook posting he has a butcher shop in oughterard that’ll do deer. Probably too far but might do if you’re stuck

My only comment will be to leave your deer hanging for 2 weeks in the cooler. Makes for much better tasting meat.
