    Hi,

Anyone know of someone I could send deer to, to butchered or processed in East Galway area? (I dont mind travelling a bit as well) I have all courses on meat handling done, just looking to see if there is anyone who could make a batch of burgers or sausages? Would look to send it 2 or 3 deer at a time.

My only comment will be to leave your deer hanging for 2 weeks in the cooler. Makes for much better tasting meat.
