    hi everyone

please help me how can I request a video recording from my kids school. There are no kids in the video requested except my own. Principal illegally removed my 4 kids from school and I suffered a panic attack. We have to go to court as he also illegally and fraudulently reported me tu tusla. My kids are secondary debate team captain very good grades. I would never hurt my kids. Please help. I want to clear my name. He also illegally removed kids with disabilities.

An adult can make a GDPR Subject Access Request to require the CCTV operator to give them a copy any CCTV that shows the person. I'm not sure exactly how it works for a child, but I'd guess that if you submit a request from both the adult and child, they'll have to accept it.

If they're smart, they'll already have deleted or overwritten the cctv footage.

No offence, OP, you're clearly very upset over whatever is going on, but you've had a number of threads about this already, none of which are really very clear on what's actually happening, you've had plenty of advice in one of them in particular, none of which you seem to have heeded. I'm not sure what exactly you think another thread is going to achieve. Especially one in the entirely wrong section.

If things have indeed transpired in the way you describe (as far as I'm able to understand your posts, anyway), then you need to stop posting on Boards and start speaking to:

    -The Minister for Education

    -Your local TDs

    -The media

    -A solicitor

And possibly the Gardai to boot.
