Are all the bin collection providers pretty much the same or is there an actual difference.

Recently moved to a new area where we need to organise bin collection.

Probably have 1 full wheelie bin of recycling a month and 1 full bin of rubbish.

    Any suggestions appreciated.

Id say pretty much of a muchness. I've been with Greenstar for years and can't fault them. If it comes to renewal and there's a lower rate elsewhere I call them and they always match it. Happy to take an extra box of recycling or a seperate rubbish bag as well. I'm Ballinlough area

I went with WIser in the end and have regretted it since. they have loads of hidden charges.

Supposedly the package i bought is for a family of 5 but with 2 adults and a baby we are going over the bin weights every week and getting hit with fees as a result.

€30 a month is what its supposed to be but its working out closer to 40-45 due to all these hidden fees. The bins are half empty most of the time. I dont know how anyone could keep within weight limits as 15KG for rubbish per lift is tiny espeically when you have a baby and one nappy could be close to 1 KG.

Like Beer Enigma, we've been with Greenstar for years, very happy with the service.
