    Hi,

We are soon ready to get metal frame ceilings installed in our new build. Heat recovery is in and walls will be chased shortly. 110sq meters to be covered.

Leading on from that the engineer has said that there is 62.5mm insulated boards going on ceilings upstairs and ordinary 12.5mm boards downstairs on the metal frame ceiling.

What we were wondering is what is the going rate now in 2024/25 per sqm fitted only vs supplied and fitted for metal frame ceiling.

And the going rate just fitted for the plasterboarding?

We just want to get a rough estimate so we know what to expect. Galway area.

Some old threads have discussed this but they seem to be from 10 or more years ago.
