I am just wondering if anybody has sued boards.ie ? Has anyone sued individual moderators or would boards.ie be responsible for the moderators actions ?

You would have to hope it was boards itself that was responsible rather than the individual moderator(boards is free to fire any individual moderator it disagrees with)

There is a moderator that generates enough hatred to be discussed and disliked on reddit (I've never interacted with him personally so won't name him) but I think it'd be a fruitless exercise to try to sue.

Everyone's opinions are their own and all that.

A number of posts deleted. Discussing something that has been banned from discussion.

Boards.ie is responsible for the content published on the site. That is why certain topics are banned or deleted by moderators.

A moderator has their own discussion on Reddit?! Wow! They really must be stuck for content.
