Trimming poster for framing

Hi, sorry I'm not sure if this is the correct forum. I have a poster that I need to trim about 1cm to fit in a frame. Can you pay for something to be guillotined? Is this a service that a printer or framing service would offer? I'm based in Dublin City centre.

It'll probably depend on the size of the poster, too. Maybe a Fuji centre where they develop photographs (there are still a handful of them around) might be able to do it for you.
