One4all chip and pin balance not loading

    Hi,

    I recieved a 1000 euro chip and pin one 4 all card but the balance is still not loading despite me activating it. I have tried to phone one4all customer support number several times but it does not ring out and have had no response to my email to their complaints email. What has peoples experiences of similar issues with one 4 all been ? I have lost the receipt which was given to me with the card which is very annoying.
