I am a healthcare professional and have worked in Healthcare for many years until very recently. I worked at Senior Management level. I plan to start my new venture in the New Year and change career however I am wondering if anyone out there has successfully changed career and if they did, what area they moved into? I know my skills are transferable but am struggling to envisage where I would like to move to and what options are available to me. I know that there will be amazingly inspirational people out there who have been entrepreneurial and started new businesses, however I'm not sure that this is for me and I would like to be 'employed' rather than 'self employed'. Wondering where where I should start? I have extensive training and professional qualifications in Healthcare but just really need a change. I am only 43 and cannot envisage spending another 20 years in Healthcare. I'm sure I am not on my own…
