    hey lads I accidentally stumbled across a very interesting thread on boards over Christmas. Not sure of exact name but it was all about people training for sub 3 hour marathon attempts. I think it started around 2010. Any I somehow managed to close the tab for it on my phone and I’m unable to find it despite multiple searches. I’d really appreciate a link if anyone knows what I’m on about or even just post something in the thread to bring it back to the top. Thanks
