HKC 1070/Smartlink 7000 and text issue

    Hi,

    I have HKC1070 system with LAN card and an active monthly paid sub to HKC.

    Firstly, this worked perfectly for years, but now there's no texts being sent, (there's no SMS card - just the LAN card). I have the HKC app on our phones and this works with no issues. I get notifications via the app - but no SMS from HKC anymore. I've tried sending a test SMS and it reports as failed. The numbers listed in the menu look ok. Is this something I just email HKC about? Or is the problem my end?

    Second issue… Im on 3.2.1 on the control panel - and previously I could USB into the panel - but now, with my copy of Securecom7000 (v1.1.6) it reports "control panel not supported". I also tried IP and connection via Cloud by both report the same fault.

    It used to work and there's been no upgrades done.

    Can anyone one offer any advice?
