rent pressure zone calculator question

does "date rent was last set" mean last set for me, as in when i moved into the room 2 years ago, or set including for a previous tennant. cos i'd have no way of knowing if the latter. rent hasn't increased since i moved in, but have no idea what the previous tennant was paying or how long etc.

At the commencement of a tenancy in a RPZ, the landlord must give the tenant the following information in writing:
(a) details of the amount of rent last set for the property;
(b) the date the last rent was set;
(c) statement as to how the new rent for the property has been calculated.
