Building my second gaming PC ever, first was back in 2014, don't really have much idea what I'm doing.

I've put together this build if anyone could give me some advice on it:

Can a better PC be built in the same budget? I think I'm happy with my choices for CPU and GPU (though please tell me if I'm wrong) but everything else is up in the air.

There's no CPU cooler - I'd definitely advise getting at least a Thermalright SI-100 / Burst Assassin SE for 20eur on Amazon.

There's an RX 7900 XT available on eBay for 706eur - alternatively I'd suggest to hold off until January for new GPUs (RX 8800 XT, RTX 5000-series, etc.)

That CPU comes with a cooler, though I don't know if it's good enough to forgo getting a standalone cooler. Yeah I think it'll be Jan/Feb before I'm buying anyway so that's good news.

It's an AMD Wraith Stealth, which is just-about adequate but also relatively loud. The only CPUs shipping with the (decent) Wraith Prism are Ryzen 7-7700 and Ryzen 9-7900.

Thermalright coolers otoh are nice big hunks of aluminium with 5-6 heatpipes & a decent 120mm fan for peanuts.
