Guttering, how to fix this

    Hi,

I had a company come replace some guttering but they left this issue. I've asked repeatedly for them to come back but they are obviously cowboys who can't stand over their work. Very frustrating. Anyhow, is there a way I can fill this gaps with some sort of putty or similar substance?

    Thanks in advance

you should be able to just push it back into place. They slot together.
if it comes loose again, buy a tube of silicone from screwfix/b&q for a tenner,

    (don’t forget the gun)
put a small bit on one end before pushing them back together again. It will glue it in place.

PVC Pipe glue is the correct adhesive. You will probably need to push up the downpipe to reduce the pressure on the joint.

can be difficult, just work it up a mil at a time.
