    Sent in an important but a simple uncomplicated request for data to the commission at the start of October. Received a letter on the 8th of October to acknowledge they received this and it would be 20 working days. .

    Since then: radio silence. FOUR times I have made contact via email and each have been ignored. It is now over 2 months and nothing.

    What rights do I have? What can I do next? It is a complete joke.
