    Shitshow absolutely. Not an expert on this but the worry wasn't Anglo itself - rather the contagion and knock-on effects of letting it fail. Banking hinges on that, look at the contagion that the SVB fail caused in early 2023, not that there was no reason behind, but even in a relatively stable environment that very quickly reverberated all around the world and took down a large Swiss bank (Credit Suisse) and very nearly Deutsch Bank. Panic is the real threat.
