question on the closure of feedback threads

can an admin, preferably not Spear or the admin the thread was discussing, clarify something for me. would i be correct to say that if a feedback thread is opened about an admin, the admin referenced is free to close that feedback thread of their own volition?

Yeah they are, but the other admins are also free to re-open it if they think it has merit.

Not that I'm aware of, I've never seen a thread started about a specific admin that had merit either though that I can think of.
