Norton Antivirus not sending OTP code to phone

Hi. I have an account with Norton Antivirus. In the past week, I have tried to login to their page. However, when I add the password, the prompt is that a OTP will send to my mobile. It does not arrive. I have it on my phone as well and tried it there. Anyone else experience this?
