How to change PIN on keypad for electric gate

1.Does anyone know how to change the PIN for this electric gate keypad?
2. One of the two gates wont close fully if I hold the gates open or partially open the gates and close them again. I then need to turn the power on and off (reset?) and the gates work fine again.
If I just let the gates open fully by themselves and close again, there is no issue.
Is there any particular item in the control box that I could try replacing, I understand there are some capacitors there?
