So I assume its a competency based interview ? You should be given those in advance, be careful to have at least two examples per competency for the interview. The initial interview is just a run through of your cv etc and some situational questions. Have a good look at the Council's website - its budget time now so this is topical. Know how many Cllrs and Directorates etc. ASO is technically managerial so make sure you outline how you take on responsibility in your interview. Finally, relax, interview board are there to help you get your best foot forward.
