Guys I have a question about older MS Surface Pros. I just need them to have the following feature…. I need to be able to open a browser….navigate to a web page and put that into fullscreen without any title bars etc…. I seen the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (2019) | i5-1035 on Refurbished for about €400. Do any of these…

Thats a feature of a browser, not specifically a surface pro.
In chrome (and other browsers), if you want to remove access to the address bar, it's called kiosk mode
