Signature Capital applying for S5 decision as to whether or not developing an IPAS centre in historic Clontra constitutes exempted development

This site has been cursed since the original owners cashed out for €20m or so in the Celtic Tiger madness. Can't ever see any apartments being built there.

Time to get out the popcorn….i imagine the fire brigade will be busy soon

I think they’d need to sort out coastal erosion before they can build apartments.

I had land with a protected structure that I no longer wanted but wasn't allowed to knock, this would be an affordable way to resolve it.

Well they got their decision "S5 DEC EXEMPT"

What happens next we'll have to wait and see

I imagine they'll build an IPAS centre there, won't they?
