If we all had a memory blank about the past and had no preconceptions in making decisions, would we?

Have a six day, seven day or eight day week? A 6 day week including a 2 day weekend would make sense to me

Who would have longer hair, males or females? Who, if anyone, would wear skirts? Would pink not be a good strong colour for a baby boy and blue a nice demure colour for a girl? Who would be our leaders, males or females? Would a redhead be considered more attractive than a blond. Would we try and get a tan? Wear a tie?

Would we invent religions? Would we have a national anthem? Would we bury people or burn them when they die? Would we invent the institution of marriage. Practice monogamy, polygamy? Smoke? Would prostitution be grand?

What side of the road would we drive on? Would we invent different languages?

    Why? Why? Why?

even if we lost our memory our laws are written down and on computers.women tend to go for certain jobs anyway, how many female taxi drivers builders do you see out there. women in every country tend to be better at cooking and childcare regardless of the culture .most countrys in the world have a 5 day week and 2 days of rest.

i think blondes are considered more attractive in 95 per cent of countrys in the world.

if you go back 100,s of years men would wear fur kilts before trousers were invented .

its not easy to get a tan in ireland outside of a few weeks of summer .

How much wood could a woodchuck chuck
If a woodchuck could chuck wood?
As much wood as a woodchuck could chuck,
If a woodchuck could chuck wood.

I think time would be decimalised 10 hours in a day, ten days in a week, 10 weeks in a month, 10 months in a year and some multiple of 100 days in the year.

I suppose the whole question is if there was another planet earth in the universe how different would it be from our version.

Lots of 10 or 12 based systems as 12 can be divided easier that 10.

It all depends on who is the most powerful group. If the most powerful group decides skirts and dresses for all are cool, great. If the most powerful decide skirts are for one group and trousers for another then that is how it will play out until the change in power.

Would pink not be a good strong colour for a baby boy and blue a nice demure colour for a girl?

Apparently that was the case as recent as 100 years ago.

Blue was the colour of The Virgin Mary and thus assigned to girls, pink was as derivative of red, as you say a strong colour.

Well base 12 originates apparently from the hand so some things would follow along similar paths if we had a clean slate.

    13 month year

Each Month has 28 days, 4 equal weeks of 7 days, for a total of 364 days in a year (plus an additional day like New Years Day).

It would mean the days and dates of each month stay stable. So you'd immediately know what day each date is of any month. I think it would revolutionise how we view time because we could actually plan better without having to think about it.

The fact that almost nobody could tell you what day each date is, without looking it up, is a serious limitation.

Months - 13 months of 4 weeks of 28 days, starting on the shortest day of the year. The sixth month (10 May to 6 June on current calendar) would be the month with the extra day as it contains the longest day of the year. In leap years, it would also get the extra day as it to make use of the longer evening.

Time - 10 hours of 100 minutes of 100 seconds.

Measures - Measurements based on the metric system. Easiest to determine scientifically.

Most people in the world drive on the right so what would be the advantages if any if countries like the UK and Ireland changed from left to right. Vehicle manufacturers might consider it better as they could simplify their processes and It would make for easier driving in Europe for Uk and Ireland.

But logistically if we decided to change from left to right in Ireland what would need to be done and what would be the consequences. Signage and education come to mind

Since every culture on earth has some sort of God lore, religion would be a given in any society.

I'd scrap lower case letters from the alphabet. EVERYTHING WOULD BE FINE.
