Was the Mount Errol Building owned by RTÉ?

Any ideas what it was used for?

Seems they used it for some archiving and as offices. While on occassion they used the interior as a registry office for Fair City weddings. They building next to it is the RTÉ sport club. You imagine that many of the building in RTÉ would have been used for outdoor location shots in Dramas over the years.
