I'm thinking of getting a leg extension/leg curl for my home gym.

Interested in this one from rock solid fitness:

    https://www.rocksolidfitness.ie/products/leg-extension-and-curl-machine

Looks similar to one from mirafit but better price.

What would the resistance profile be like on a machine like this, a bit concerned how much you will actually feel it.

Also has anyone bought from this company before?

TBH unless you're an elite bodybuilder whether it has an optimum resistance profile compared to another leg curl / leg extension is a moot point… It's a 400 quid home version, it's never going to be as good as a more expensive commercial leg extension or leg curl.

He's using a big fat 20kg bumper plate, and there isn't that much loadable sleeve area. I would probably want to make sure you have thinner iron plates, if you want to go heavier. I see the maximum recommended weight is 80kg plates. You might end up doing long eccentrics, pauses, or using it single leg, depending on how strong you are.
