I watched all the episodes of Crimewatch UK on YouTube. Which first started in 1984.

I then reaearched some of the cases to see were they solved.

I have a morbid curiosity about watching aviation mentor . An SAS , I think , pilot who does YouTube videos on air crashes , from the perspective of a pilot

Sometimes I watch stealth camping videos, basically people who camp in green areas near residential neighborhoods. One fella camped in the middle of a roundabout.

I’d say that wouldn’t be too hard to do here in Ireland. There was a case in Galway of a man who crashed his car into a roundabout and died. They never discovered the body or the car for a few days as the middle of the roundabout was so overgrown.

It was only when someone spotted the rear of the car from the window of a passing double decker was it discovered.

I watch A LOT of food videos online. It's probably not that weird in itself watching cooking channels, it's just the amount I watch.

& funny thing is, i don't even really enjoy cooking 🤷🏻‍♀️ (anymore). I just want to talk about food, and look at food pictures 😁

I mostly watch Asian food channels but also love 7-Eleven's in Japan, McDonalds in other countries, $200 buffets in Miami, mexican food trucks and even end up watching filthy street food in back holes of India or Pakistan.

Sometimes an idea will pop into my head and I'll think 'i wonder what people in that country eat' and off I go looking for food videos.

I'm not overweight or have any eating disorders so it's harmless but it is a bit of an obsession.

Yeah, he has a small tent and blended in behind the small trees. Not my idea of fun. One video was a bit creepy, he was basically just off a path for a housing estate. He basically looked like a peeper sneaking into his camp spot.

But a few years ago I happened upon a guy on YouTube who spent I think about 5 months of the year living off grid in Alaska. Jay Legere, built a wooden house whilst sleeping in a ‘hot tent’…

Started watching more stuff of that nature.. filming himself walking outside on a clear day to get water from the lake and a monster of a brown bear just hunting fish, bear got spooked and legged it, thought I might have been the other way but sure….

The Norwegian Explorer is another one, who basically travels around the remotest parts of the Nordics in a pimped out Fiat van with lots of gadgets like solar panels and shît. Likeable guy and seriously impressive filming of vistas.

Steve Wallis is a Canadian national treasure! His stealth camping videos are actually really relaxing.

I always think of him as the Bob Ross of camping.

I'm a bit interested in that too - although moreso the air traffic control side of it. Recently went down the rabbit hole of the below, and the subsequent events. Good god, the whole lot is seriously shocking. The mess-up by the ATC organisation (not the poor individual fella) was crazy.

Yes, and the poor ATC did nothing wrong. It was a fk-up by his employer. Cutting off communication for maintenance (no backup), no support staff - he was all by himself. The Russian guy's pain must have been intolerable but he robbed a family of their husband/father, who was innocent.
