    Hi,

    I'm just wondering if anybody else is having problems attempting to renew their IRP stamp 4 residents permit online this week?

    There is a new online system since October 15th and the website is not working.

    Phoned helpline and were given a link that actually isn't working.

    We phoned back and gave up after 45 minutes on hold.
