Help about house sale part owned by durg user

    Hi All

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, My wife inherited half a house with her brother who is on drugs and can't look after himself never mind the house, we are not in a position to buy him out or neither is he, we have been told by solicitors they won't go near him because of the drugs so we can't sell either. So any advice on away around selling the house would be great.
