Boards.ie Favorite Christmas Song 2024 - The Finals

It's time to run a competition to see who is Boards.ie favorite Christmas song…

This time we will be doing it Eurovision style… first we nominate who we want to put through to the Finals.

25 songs will compete in the Final.

Songs with the most nominations will be seeded accordingly.

Single Nominated song will not advance.

Where there is a tie we may need to have a Semi-Final vote to see who makes up the top 25.

The top 25 will be score ala Eurovision by you our Jury. Jury members will be the first 25 users who post nominations, should they not want to be a jury member it will pass to the next user and so on.

Scoring will be 12,10,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 points for your favourite 10.

Nominations will be capped at 10 songs per user. Nominations close November 15th. Semi/or Final will start Nov 18th.

Edit: I just checked the lyrics. It's very subtle, but it does have some Christmas related references. I would never have known! Actually more Christmas related than The Power of Love!
