How to take a recording of a Teams Session (Download)

    Hello

    I have access to a time restricted course, there are some lectures recorded in Teams that I would like to take a copy of. These isn't an option to download, I would like to take a copy of these to refer to in future.

    Can you please advise of software that will record video and audio, I have tried the likes of Windows Game bar but the quality of audio is poor.
