    Hi Guys…

Looking for a bit of help if possible.

We bought a child car seat online from Eurobaby bout 2 months ago and after about 2 weeks had to ring them as no sign of delivery. We were told that eurobaby/cycle was gone in liquidation and that they would sort out a refund. After numerous calls and being promised a refund nothing has materialise.

Rang again today and the guy on the phone (manager)basically told us tough luck. Where do we stand now?

A quick google of the phone number, turns out they are now called Wheel Worx.

Hopefully you get sorted. From memory (open to correction) liquidators will pay off whoever is owed most first till - taxman, suppliers, employees. Unfortunately by virtue of values, the consumers are left till last if there is anything left to pay out.

While Wheel Worx might have the same number. They will likely have took over some of the business - possibly the cycle part. But as a separate company would not be liable for Eurobaby transactions.

    Chargeback on your payment card.

Charge back on your card. Contact your card provider. You may need to dig up proof that they have gone bust.

    Haven't they gone bust before?

WheelWorx has been in operations for years and is not the same company as Eurobaby/Eurocycles. Wheelworx has been in operation for 20 years, it looks like they might have taken over the unit or bought up their liquidation stock would be my best bet.

chargeback is the only option I’d say.
