I'm going over my notes, and working towards picking three or so names I'm most worried about, but what strikes me the most right now is how often Oscar is cropping up on it.

People focused on #126 where Oscar said about Neo clearing her, but I also note she says about how wolves tend to lie low.

In #199, she reiterates about Neo saying she's a villager. In #220, she again reiterates the idea that "If I was a wolf I wouldn't engage".

In #326, she says "Hope there's a list. I didn't guess a single werewolf last game, I need some insight." (Wasn't she a wolf in this one? 🫣 A very weird comment if she was. )

In #327, she refers to herself as a "bored villager". Given the nature of this game, that's an interesting character to paint yourself as.

There seems to be a string over multiple posts to downplay herself and deflect from the idea she's a wolf, by continually trying to paint how a wolf would play if she was a wolf, while also lowering expectations on her to contribute as a villager. She's trying to lower her threat level by dismissing herself as a "bored villager".

It's throwing up the most red flags for me to date.

The other issue is a "bored villager" is not the most fun or useful person to keep round and doesn't really sell the idea of why you should be kept round long term by the village. It's a bit self-defeating cause it nearly makes you a safer lynch for the village, rather than risk someone who is active, engaging and wolf hunting.

Mad red flags for me currently.

In a vague interest of balance, I also note in #142, LER said they'd put their vote on Oscar for going quiet if nothing else happened (I think this was the very first reference of someone saying they'd vote for anyone else). #149, Wrestlemaniac also nearly jumps on board with that quickly, saying

"Suspicious about Oscar.

LER & lorc have also piqued an interest.

But to be fair at least they're posting, so I'll give them a pass currently."

Might be nothing, but I feel there's a small link there between Maniac and LER. Tiny, but one I'll be keeping a slight eye on.

morning all. So where are we? Samuel was a flavour kill, which makes sense and tallies with the op I suspect

in terms of posts so far, a lot of the usual bickering and casting shade. Couple of posters going the lots of questions route - not necessarily harmful at this stage but worth keeping an eye to see how they evolve. Probably makes sense to keep those players for now

the occasional OMGUS poster - not a fan of crying wolf at anyone who questions your own posting, its not good village play but doesn’t in itself mean wolfy

A few attempts at pocketing players, quite a bit of fluff and overthinking the OP

few posters still keeping heads down.

my take on the above. Vampire is likely to not play it balls to the wall as they need to build their team. I’d be looking for them in the quieter posters. Wolves are likely to mix things up, I’d expect a few wolves to be distancing from each other by now.
