Wheelchair accessible power assisted door

Hi, Just wondering if anyone has come across this before. A relative currently has a fairly new composite low profile threshold front door. Unfortunately its just not working for them in terms of accessibility. The threshold being the main issue. The outside and inside are ramped up to the threshold but its just not working.

I am really struggling to find a domestic door that is a fully wheelchair accessible door (preferable with no threshold) . We likely need to look a power assisted as well now. Theres plenty of commercial solutions available but I really cant find any domestic solutions.

I should note its within an estate where there is a requirement for the doors to at least look similar, all the existing doors are navy composite with two glazed sections, so we cant go too far off the 'normal' domestic look.

Has anyone come across this before? Would really appreciate any pointers.

I include automated accessible doors in projects all the time. The operator is typically independent to the door. A door is jsut a door. The operator is a piece of door hardware. Similar to a door closer. A typical model would be Dorma ED50. This can be retrofitted.

Regarding the threshold. This is a separate issue. What exactly is the issue? Do you have any photos or drawings. There are limits for how hit the threshold can be. How does the ramping work?
