Heathrow T2 arrival query

My family are flying Aer Lingus, shannon to London on Mon morning. Arrival 9.10am at Heathrow T2. Their accommodation arrangements include a free taxi to their hotel. How long does it normally take to get from concourse to baggage collection to taxi rank at Heathrow T2? I need to give the driver an approx time.

it’s pretty quick (depending on actually collecting baggage), with no luggage, over the past 2 weeks I’ve been max 10 mins from off plane, walking through arrivals (no passport check from Ireland) up to level 4 where Ubers etc typically go from.

you give the pick up company your flight code. They’ll know themselves how long it’ll take , if they don’t then they are amateurs

just give the driver the flight details and let them decide when they will be there; they generally will have a much better idea.
