Dell Latitude 7410

Hi all. Does anybody have a Dell Latitude 7410 laptop?, I have just received one ordered from Refurbed and I cannot turn it on without it being plugged. When plugged in it works great, I can unplug it and it shows a full battery but power off and again you can’t turn back on without connecting.

id get back to them if it stated the battery was usable as its not

In fairness to them they changed it and sent a replacement within two days and it’s a better spec!

likely they only one they had .
with tech id only really buy new now to get the latest quality and specs
