There was the viciousness and violence that was needed for a feud like this (definitely didn't expect that much blood for a WWE match in 2024 though). Some excellent spots and storytelling. Both lads have been hugely elevated by this feud. Interested to see where both go from here, they both deserve a break to recover though after that.

That landing on the steps from the claymore looked rough.

That was a top 5 HIAC match, brilliant mix of violence and storytelling.

Punk needed it IMO, he’s a big draw and needs to be looking strong heading into a feud with Rollins or Gunther.

Great HIAC match.

Drew had to lose, he is a heel and his whole thing is that he is a giant hypocrite and constantly gets in his own way by doing the exact things he complains about everyone else doing.

It has taken him a long time to get there but he is at the level he can credibly bounce back and defeat anyone.

I just don't find Bayley a compelling face at all. Nia does what she has to as a heel but hasn't found the right foil for her as champ. Mainly cos the legit contenders are dancing in a suite with tag titles draped across their shoulders.

Liv v Rhea was an awful in terms of how it was put together. A backstage beatdown, as that is where the rivalry started, would have furthered the feud better than the shark cage nonsense and Rhea getting distracted by Dom.
