I want to sign out of a house and farm that my brother, his wife and children live in. If anything happened him I would inherit the house and land. And vice versa. He’s not too keen on the idea as I’d want him to sign out of a parcel of land that I’m working held the same way. Would be roughly of equal value. How would I…

Apply to the court for orders to sell both holdings. That should bring him to his sense and he will agree to your terms.
