Added and Confirmed meaning in Tax Credits

    Hi Folks,

    In my tax returns: remote working relief of 2021, health expenses of 2021 and health expenses of 2022 are showing "added".

    Whereas, remote working relief of 2022 is showing "confirmed".

    I am assuming "confirmed" means granted and "added" means pending however it has been a long time since they were "added". Please guide.
