    Hey guys,

    Looking for a new tv again and noticed you have some offers on Philips OLED tvs at present. It won't be the main tv in the house and will be used for some gaming as well as streaming content so don't need a high end tv. It's a medium sized room so 48" to 50" is plenty big for it too.

    Was looking at the 708 you have here:

    Just have a few questions:

    1. Just a little unclear to me but I see that in the main page it says it comes with your 6 year warranty but then there is a 6 year "supercare" option at an additional cost. Are they not the same thing or is the supercare an additional insurance policy on top of your standard 6 year warranty?
    2. I see in the specification tab that this model states it runs on Android TV but also mentions Google TV in the description. I know both are very similar but already have both at home and find Google TV to be a noticeable improvement. Could you please confirm which version this tv has?

    Thanks for the post.

    The 48OLED708 is an excellent television and will handle gaming and streaming with ease.
    The 6 year is included free of charge with the TV. (I think there is an little error on the site with the extra charge option.
    If purchased online it will automatically add the 6 year guarantee free of charge).

    It runs on an android operating system but also has Google TV on board.
    The Android operating system is developed by Google.
    "Google TV brings together movies, shows, and more from across your apps and subscriptions, and organises them just for you. You'll get suggestions based on what you like, and you can even use the Google TV app on your phone to curate your watchlist on the go."

    It really is a great deal.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
